Plenty of planning, checking of trails and last minute adjustments coupled with glorious sunshine and a gentle breeze on the day, meant that over 150 participants enjoyed a very rideable morning in the saddle for our second round of this year TrailTrax series, sponsored by Mountain Trax.

A worthwhile week of hard work went into improving drainage on the race trails and by all accounts it paid off judging by the lack of "bogginess". Yes a few puddles were to be encountered but given the amount of rain leading upto Sunday many riders were surprised at just how well all the trails were riding.
