by Paul Howard, 07 Jul 13. Results [  ]

So then, were you tough enough? Of all the AYTE's this was by far the hottest conditions it's been run in. And although the course was great fun but relentless there didn't seem to be as many riders suffering the dreaded cramps as there has been at previous venue Porridgepot Hill. On behalf of the Army Cycling Union we hope you enjoyed the course and the event as a whole. Full results are now published.

Saddle Skedaddle Spring Series 5 - Frith Hill: Results

by Paul Howard, 07 Apr 13. Results [  ]

Did you ever think it was going to happen this series?... Racing in 'almost' warm conditions on the dustiest and dryest trails I can remember for ages. Awesome day out at Frith Hill. It was great to see so many riders enjoying the course, albeit a course of the leg burning variety, and to spot some world class quality riders in the mix. Series Prize presentations concluded each batch of races and we're grateful to Saddle Skedaddle for headlining the series again and thanks to all the local sponsors for the prize vouchers. The final series points listing will be published later in the week. In the meantime you've a months break to prepare the Enduro legs for the Gorrick Kawasaki 100 Challenge on the 5th May being held just over the road at Porridgepot Hill.

Gorrick Spring Series 4 - Sunday 24 March

by Jane Lucas, 18 Mar 13.

Round 4 of our XC Skedaddle Spring Series is on Sunday 24 March at Porridge Pot Hill, Deepcut. We have worked on the course and you can expect a mix of short sharp climbs, some longer, gentler ones, plus some fast singletrack descents. As the car park and Arena are surrounded on three sides by much of the course, it's another very spectator friendly venue. Pre-entry is open until Tuesday night..
